Hungarian-American pianist Peter Klimo (born 9 October 1990) has been studying the piano since the age of nine. He won the second prize at the 10th International Franz Liszt Piano Competition 2014 in Utrecht. Recent highlights include a tour with violinist Tessa Lark as well as concerto performances in Seoul, Los Angeles and Budapest. Peter Klimo earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Eastman School of Music studying with Nelita True, his Master’s degree from the Yale School of Music studying with Peter Frankl, and an Artist Diploma at Texas Christian University with Tamás Ungár. peterklimo.com
